My QuickVision goes automatically from my practice management software into QuickVision Julie. Now when I need to go into Quickvision alone, I can't do it. I cannot close the bridge. How do I do this and go back to it working automatically?

You should look at the Settings menu because if something is configured to automatic mode, then that's the place to change them. Secondly, since Support is provided only after you contact the developers, I recommend going to the Help section and open the Contents area. Use the Search function and type bridge or switch and the guide will display all the available topics.
But if you're an active customer, visit the following page and get an official response from the developers of the application.
